Data we process

Your account (email, hashed password), your payments (handled by Stripe: we never see your card number), and the files you upload: reference video, footage (images and voice), added files, your written brief, and the edits created.

Why

Only to provide the service: analyse the reference, transcribe the speech in your footage, create and deliver your edit, manage your subscription. We do not use your videos to train AI models and we do not sell them.

Processors

Vercel (site hosting), Supabase (database and file storage, EU), Stripe (payments), ElevenLabs (speech transcription of your footage), Anthropic (AI model that designs the edit's style from frames of your videos and your brief). Some are outside the European Union; transfers are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Retention

Uploaded files (reference, footage, added files) are deleted [7] days after the edit is created, edits [30] days after creation. Account data is kept while your account exists, then deleted; billing records are kept 10 years (legal obligation).

Your rights

You can access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to its processing, by writing to [contact email]. You may also complain to the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

Cookies

The site only uses cookies needed for it to work (login session, chosen language). No advertising or third-party analytics cookies.
